Sharon's Bday...

Woops, one week into February and I realise I'ven't posted a single entry. tsk tsk tsk... Ya, even I despise myself. But really Feb is a busy month. And an extremely short one too especially for this year. Feb has been quite eventful... Start of new job, bad stomach, followed by insomnia and then fever, white pepper crabs at No Signboard (yay, finally!), watched a free piano concert and celebrated Sharon's bday at HRC today which started with a couple of hiccups.

First there was SL. Poor girl. Punished for being punctual. Yes, all of us were late. Unforgiveably late. And coincidentally none of the late queens thought of informing Miss Punctual! That had unquestionably doubled our sentence...
Miss Super Late sms-ed Miss Bday girl: I'll be late. Will see u girls at HRC. Pls order and eat first.
Miss Bday girl: hehe, I'm also late.
Miss Late called Miss Super Late: Hey, where are you? .... HUH? still at Tanglin? faster lah! I'm oredi here.
Miss Super Late arrived at HRC and joined Miss Bday girl and Miss Late, but no sign of Miss Punctual. Then she was told by them that Miss Punctual got pissed off and left. And to pay back, she had apparently decided not to pick up her hp. Frantically, all 3 late queens began to start bombarding her hp with sorry smses...
At the same time, someone then mentioned that Miss Din-Receive-Email just left her house. Apparently she hadn't receive the latest emails regarding the change of time. ???
Then came Miss Super-Duper Late. The late queen of all late queens. Unfazed by the fuss, and entered in her usual cool, unruffled fashion, demonstrating the highest level of how a late queen should arrive. Kowtow...

Luckily in the end, Miss Punctual came back and joined us. Had a nice super-size lunch together. Ate, talked, laughed and presented the birthday girl with a big, pinkie heart-shaped cushion imported from Japan. Happy Birthday Sharon!!! :)
SL, really sorry lah... next time please remember to add at least 30 mins to our meeting time, but as usual, we'll still minus 1 hour for Miss Chan :)
