The Special K Challenge

Take the Special K Challenge!
For 2 weeks, kick start the day with 2 bowls of cereals with skimmed milk 
for breakfast and lunch or dinner. 
Third meal of the day should be a well-balanced one.
Couple with 30-mins exercise daily. 
I'm on my way to lose at least 2.5kg at the end of 2 weeks! Woohoo!
